My Story
Lourde Mica attends the School of Hope, which was the sixth school built by New Life for Haiti in 2016. This is a model school that uses teaching techniques that are new to rural Haiti. There are 220 children in the School of Hope in grades K-6. One new grade is added to the school each year.
